Please Complete the Parent Questionnaire

We value getting to know you and your child better before the school year starts. Please take a few minutes to answer some questions about your child. This questionnaire will help us make class lists for the upcoming school year.

If you have more than one child enrolled in the program, please complete a questionnaire for both children.

Parent Questionnaire

Procare

Procare

Procare is an app used to communicate with parents, pay tuition, and more. You will soon receive an email from Procare with details on how to create an account and sync your child's profile.

If you have any issues creating an account, please let us know.

Transitions

Transitions, Schedules, & Potty Training

We know that transitions are hard for children, so we want to be open about our daily schedule and routines here at Kid's Day Out. Please look over the schedule and see how you can help make the transition smoother. It may be by adjusting your child's nap or meal times.

Children must be potty trained to enter our 3 year old class in August. Fully potty trained means that they can communicate their potty needs to an adult, independently use the restroom, clean themselves, and pull their pants on. A child having 1 or more accidents a week is not potty trained.
